PE Water Service Shut-Off Tool is designed for emergency shut-off of PE water services. Front end of shut-off tool features a snap hinge device that can be taken apart quickly to allow work in confined areas. Knurled grip catches and holds the pipe. Open end has latch to hold tool closed until the repair is made. Shut-off tool is zinc-plated for corrosion resistance.

The Standing Shut–Off Tool compresses 3/4" to 1" PE plastic tubes to stop the flow of water. The shut–off tool uses 30" handles to develop a clamping force in a manner similar to a pair of bolt cutters. The long handles make for easy shut off from above the ditch with a chain to hold the tool closed. Not intended for gas service lines.

CST2 - Pipe Freezing Kit Cold Shot | GS-118020
No need to drain water lines, sprinkler systems, or hot water systems before cutting pipe or tubing. The Cold-Shot keeps pressurized systems operating while you make repairs.It freezes all type of liquids in steel, copper, cast iron, aluminum, and plastic pipes ranging from 1/8" to 2" (10 mm - 60 mm) using carbon dioxide (CO2). Dip-tube type cylinders are available at all welding supply houses. The Cold-Shot is faster and less expensive than "refrigerator-type" units faster and uses less CO2 than "bag-type" units. In five minutes you are ready to go to work on copper tubing, just three minutes for cast iron pipe. The Cold-Shot is easy to use. Just place the freeze head around the pipe, attach the hose, and open the cylinder valve. Liquid carbon dioxide will flow into the freeze head and form dry ice with a temperature of minus 110F (-79C). That's cold enough to form an ice pack that can withstand 7,000 psi, yet won't damage pipes.
