The Plumboss ExactCut Cermet 140 Thin Blade is engineered for heavy-duty pipe cutting applications, delivering fast, clean and accurate results across a wide range of materials. Featuring advanced ceramic alloy (cermet) tips, it provides superior durability and cutting performance compared to standard TCT blades, making it ideal for demanding trade environments.

Thin 1.2 mm kerf (15 % thinner compared to the Cermet 140) maximises runtime on cordless machines and allows for faster cuts.

Designed for use with ExactCut pipe cutting systems including 170E and 220E, this blade performs exceptionally well when cutting steel, stainless steel, copper and plastics. The cermet construction maintains sharpness for longer and can be resharpened multiple times, helping extend blade life and reduce operating costs over time. 

Its precision-engineered design ensures stable cutting with minimal heat and burr formation, improving efficiency and reducing the need for post-cut finishing.
