The Plumboss exactCUT 170E PipeCut is a professional-grade pipe cutting system designed to cut steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, plastic and multilayer pipes with speed, accuracy and consistency. It securely clamps onto the pipe and maintains alignment throughout the cut, eliminating the inconsistencies and manual effort associated with grinders and traditional cutting methods.
Unlike abrasive cutting, the exactCUT system chips through material to produce clean, straight and burr-free ends ready for immediate jointing. This reduces rework on-site while improving installation speed and overall finish quality. The spark-free cutting process and minimal dust generation also improve safety, making it suitable for indoor and fire-sensitive environments.
Built for trade efficiency, the 170E is lightweight at 5.7kg and requires minimal working space, with the machine supported directly on the pipe during operation. This improves control, reduces operator fatigue and allows for stable cutting in tight or confined areas. Adjustable blade speed and torque control ensure optimal performance across different materials and wall thicknesses.
