The hinged design allows the cutter to wrap around the pipe, making it suitable for use in confined spaces where full rotation is not possible.
Designed for controlled cutting, the cutter applies even pressure around the pipe circumference to achieve a clean cut. The hinged construction allows quick installation onto the pipe and efficient operation in trench or in-place applications.
