Versatile sealing across multiple pipe sizes

The Plumboss Multi Size Bypass Plug is designed for pipe testing and isolation while allowing controlled flow through the plug. Its flexible sealing design allows a single plug to cover a wide range of pipe sizes while effectively sealing irregular or out-of-round pipe.

All Plumboss pneumatic pipe plugs are manufactured from a high-quality blend of Natural Rubber and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (NR-SBR). This material offers excellent mechanical strength and resilience, making it ideal for demanding environments where plugs are exposed to abrasion, friction, impact and repeated use. NR-SBR compounds are widely used in mining and heavy industrial environments where materials must withstand heavy wear while delivering long service life and reliable sealing performance.

Combined with corrosion-resistant metal components and a CEJN Quick Coupling inflation valve, these plugs allow pipe testing or bypass flow while maintaining a reliable seal for plumbing, civil, drainage and industrial pipe testing applications.
